This is a call to all of my faithful readers . . . perhaps there are just 6 of you, but if you know me & like me (even a little) or better yet, if you have skin, I need your help!
I did it! I jumped, took a risk, made a goal and now I'm on my way. Perhaps you've heard that I'm now a consultant for Mary Kay (why? because I LOVE the stuff) and now I love the company. It's great! But to assure myself every opportunity to succeed in this business, I invested. While that is usually not my nature, I felt it was a wise decision and one that will motivate me to work hard. But I need a jump start . . . .
So, I'm just putting this out there, one time & one time only, for all of my public to read. The best way to get started with Mary Kay, is to hold skin care classes, which is really just a fancy word for make-over party. And they are FUN!
This where you come in. If any of you, with skin, know 4 or 5 other ladies, also with skin, then have them over for some coffee & bagels one morning and allow me to share my Mary Kay goodies with everyone. Or maybe evenings works better, then your guests can enjoy some dessert while we play with Mary Kay Skin Care products & other fun things. It's a great way to get to know your neighbors or tennis team, or the other moms from school. Plus, you'll get free stuff & a discount on your own MARY KAY Products.
So if you're interested, need some girl time soon, want to help a sister out . . . then please let me know this week so I can get it on my calender and get your party invitations to you! Thanks to my faithful few who even read this (& those of you who will now pretend that you don't)- hehehehe :)

I am going to pass on this, only because my sister in law did MK for YEARS ( and was very successful at it ), but I never found the products good for me, and was asked to go to the parties all the time, and always felt obligated to buy....
BUT, I hope you do well--you can be very successful, and I will be routing for you !!
So proud of you Kristen! Way to go! I have another friend that just signed up to sell and has asked me to be a hostess, so I'm working on that one right now. Love MK though! I was introduced at a party at Heather's house years ago and have loved it ever since!
We'll talk about the Christmas Open House! We usually do it early November and I would love to have you join us. Unfortunately, I used up all of my highschool friends for a party with Emily! But I assure you you'll probably get some parties through the open house...I know that doesn't help you much right now though! I am going out with girls from preschool tomorrow night and I'll ask them if they are interested in MK - I'll let you know what they say! LOVE YOU!
