The GA Coast is coming to me, by way of NYC!

This is the painting that I've wanted above my fireplace for as long as I can remember. We just redecorated (last Fall) our living area & kitchen and the idea or theme behind it was . . . "organic coastal". Not beachy, but as if you've just been there (minus the sandy floors) . . . gorgeous blues & browns and textures. And to finish it off I wanted an original Nancy Prator piece. Of course, being her sister, you'd think I'd get one every Christmas or birthday and have walls full of original canvases and art! But in fact, her waiting list is quite long (and her quality is not cheap either). But to go along with the few framed prints and watercolors I do have, I will be receiving THIS is the mail this week to finish off my new room . . . .

1) It's a made up view of the St Simons Marsh area, a favorite place among Prators.

2) Notice how LARGE the canvas is . . . that is her full sized striped couch behind the easel!

3) This photo is darker than the actual piece, so please PLEASE come by for a private showing!

4) I'm so proud of it and WILL DEFINITELY post a photo of the completed room, painting and call!

Nancy is the living definition of a "Starving Artist". Not actually starving, but making it on fumes from her dream to be a sought-after artist, cereal & canned noodles, and a 9-5 job working for another famous artist (Jeff Koons).

So, Dream up your happy place
and let Nancy put it on your wall!
