I always said I'd never make Leah play or take anything that she didn't want to. But sure I put her in preschool choir at church because I did that when I was little, she loves to sing, and I can't wait to hear her perform Christmas songs in a choir robe.

And I may have merely suggested ballet class . . .

but today, we had a little inspiration and a fantastic win by Atlanta's own 17 year old Melanie Oudin!

"Mommy, I want to play tennis . . ."

was all it took and I had her out there tonight

with the tennis racket I'd been saving for Christmas.
