Yes, I'm still here . . . . . but:

1) I just couldn't make myself get past the Disney World Post! I'm still there in spirit.

2) My Camera has taken my photos hostage! The cord that gets them from my camera to my computer is not working, thus no photos- and you know I don't really see the value in a post with no pics . . .

3) Busy, Busy, Busy: You too? Christmas decorating, birthday preparations, school pageants, holiday parties, family coming! Don't get me wrong, I LOVE all of this, just can't seem to remember to tell you all about it at the end of the day. Probably b/c I know that you are doing the same things so you don't need my recount of the day!

But I do have to share . . . .

(Last year, Leah's fascination with the nativity began!
Praise to Him . . . she's getting what ALL of this is really about)!

That Jesus rose again, in our front yard after He, & Mary & Joseph were buried alive in Tuesdays storm. My dad fashioned a primitive stable made of logs & Christmas tree clippings. It was creative, rustic, & perfect for the Holy family living in our front yard. However, sturdy . . . it was NOT! So I found the baby Jesus completely buried underneath the toppled stable, in a puddle of mud and knew that THIS would not be a part of the Christmas story I am ready to tell my 4 year old (who loves that Mary & Joseph have a house for Jesus). So I uncovered them and the stable is no longer . . . But in the end Jesus rose from the rubble! very telling, don't you think?

And I have to give a standing O to my husband who
gives as much sentiment, value, and thought into
decorating his yard, as I do on the inside! Way to go Clarke!
I just love that you love Christmastme too!
