Increased sales & production from last year for the Cecilia James Unit of 300+ beauty consultants

~ # 3 in the Queen's Court of Sales ~

Ranked #4 of entire James Unit

~ Four Qtr Star ~

Earned "Star Consultant" status for all four quarters of the MK Seminar year

And while most of that means nothing to you, it means

I Am Good!!! :)

No, seriously it means a whole lot to me and my business because YOU helped make it all happen and YOU will also be the ones who can help make my next CRAZY dreams and wild ambitions come true . . . .

I WILL BE a Mary Kay Car Driver and earn my first FREE car by the end of 2010!

I've been working on this since January and now I'm really ready to get to work and make it happen. Yes, you can have a ride . . .

I WILL give myself another promotion to become a Mary Kay Sales Director by December 31st which means I WILL build my team with ambitious, dream seeking, energized women of all ages from all over this country who just want to make the very MOST of today and the gift they've been given! This is a photo of me in that fabulous New Black Director's Suit!

and this is me at Seminar Awards Night last week.

It's like the Academy Awards & Miss America all rolled into one. I sat on the 3rd row-floor seating for the second time and the view is grrrrrrreat . . . . .

but next year

I WILL be on stage in my gorgeous gown

receiving my Queen's Court of Sales bonus,

diamond ring (or whatever prize I choose)

and awards for working so hard this year . . .

(ps- that is my Sales Director, Cecilia James, who ranked # 9 out of our whole entire Seminar! With a year's finish of $850,000 for her unit!! That's AMAZING! She and her husband will be going to Greece for 2 weeks on the Top Directors Trip this September. I'm gonna win that trip too . . . next time :)

I dream REALLY BIG NOW and want to work really heard this year and show other women how they can do the same thing. I'm no different from you, I just learned how to want more from today, that's all. And the very best thing I learned at Seminar last week was this . . .

I owe it to God,

& help them to find their opportunity to be more.
